SUPER Twizzler Twisters!

Being Jamie Baker (Jamie Baker, #1)When I finished Being Jamie Baker, I couldn't put it down. I blew off homework for this AMAZING read! I definitely wasn't disappointed. The characters were just so lively and never annoyed me.

Everything about this book was AWESOME. I have to say Jamie was a great character. She was this strong...yet somewhat relatable person. I liked how she reacted with Ryan. I loved their chemistry, their relationship, and how they came together. I liked that she wasn't like most girls. She liked Ryan, but wasn't overly eager to have him.

Ryan was a pretty wicked too *giggles*. I LOVED how he never gave up on Jamie, even when she pushed him away as hard as she could! He wasn't and a** and he was just Amazeballz! ^^

Reading this book just gave me so much to love about it (as you can tell). I must read book 2!!!!

Read it...I dare you.

Suckerz...

Fierce (Fierce, #1) I'm going to have to say that this book was a DNF for me. I didn't like it. *sigh* I was actually kind of excited to read this book! It was just like goat milk, sour and hard to swallow. I liked the beginning, sort of. It was a good start, it just kind of sucked towards the end of the first chapter. Either way, I tried to move on from it, but I still felt like I wasn't even close to being satisfied. I've got to be honest the MCs needed a lot of work. And I couldn't understand if Evie (who I didn't really like) was a lesbian or not. I also thought that the MC over exaggerated a lot. She could "see" that Brody (her best friend since kindergarten) was changing "more and more", yet she had only seen the guy three times since she's arrived. And I also thought she was unrealistic, annoying, whiney, and kind of stupid. I think that in the background she had a lot of potential of being a great character, I mean who doesn't love a nerd + bad boy love story. I think that Hunter was, a good character, if written in a different manner could've been great. So, basically the characters needed a whole lotta work. Actually, the book needed a lot of work. One thing that really caught my eye was that, the professor reacted to them talking, but didn't react to hunter slamming his hand on the desk??? Also I felt like the college setting was more of a high school setting. I'm in college and some of the scenes felt like stereotype HS not college. I also have to say that I hated the pet name. Leafy? That's not sexy, hot, or cute! One last thing...So I think that the author made me feel like I'm stupid sometimes. I think it was the way that she phrased her sentences. I can't remember the exact sentence, but it pretty much was the last straw. Oh! and don't even get me started on the...Brown nipple, through his shirt thing! I think the only thing I truly loved was the cover. Sorry... :(

But read it...I dare you...sort of.

Chocalatey delights!

Archer's Voice (A Sign of Love) Bravo! Bravo!! I absolutely LOVED this book! It was amazing, mostly because of all those amazeball characters! The best? Archer and Bree of course! And then that ending! I think my heart stopped for a good minute and the water works were about to start. Luckily my make up was saved thanks to my need to continue reading! I had come across this book more than once, the blurb didn't really spark my interest and sadly I hadn't even added this book to my shelves the first time it crossed my path. Then I kept seeing all of these great ratings and it was EVERYWHERE! So I go, "what the hay". Next thing I know, I'm reading one of the best books I've read this year! My emotions we're going from happy to what the heck just happened?! And that my friends, is one of the best feelings in the world, when you're a bookworm. The romance wasn't overwhelming, which is something that really entices me! I hate romances that put way to much emphasis on the "benefits" of the relationship rather than the story. It's just not my cup of tea. But this book kept the lovely stuff (that start with an s) to a point where it didn't over do it. The other characters were also superb! Except for the bad guys cuz they obviously had issues, but they were well established. The writing, the scenery, the romantic gestures all of it was well thought out and put in the book perfectly!! It was funny and silly and great! I give this book an encore and more! Read it...forget daring you! You NEED TO READ THIS!!!
