Sweet Juice Pops! I love this book!

Thans to Ms. Raine, I got an ARC of Meant For Her! I absolutely loved it! There is one thing that I do not do, for those of you that don't know me. My reviews never really point out what the story is about. If you wanted to know that stuff, you can look up the synopsis or read the book. Plus, I hate spoilers and I think it's best if I do things this way. So here's my honest review:

There are some people who think a book is judged one whether you enjoyed it or not. And you'd be right. And what most people also know is that that's not all a good book has. A good book has spunk, emotion, and heart. Meant For Her had all of these things. I laughed and cried. Yeah I know...Imma dork. But whatever! I love this book! In fact, I'll probably re-read it over and over again! What I love about Raine's stories is that they have life in them! They're not cardboard and all flat. No they're sweet and full of life!

And that's why it belongs here, among all the other books I call sweet! Because it's here on my blog, where it becomes one of the crystal candies!

Poppin popcorn book movies!

This is gonna be something new that I'll try doing! :) basically I will be talking about books that became movies and what I think about them! :D so keep watching for that! Well today we will be starting this shindig with City of bones!!! *sqeals totally like a fangirl* yep, I got to see it! *smug smile creeps onto face* Jace was soooooo fudging hot! I was like red in da face the entire time and I think I hurt my moms eardrums by my endless squealing. Of course, only Jace would make me do that....well him and Daemon Black and maybe mr yummy Caleb Jacobson. ehem okay getting off track. So let's just say I got all hot and bothered! *blushes* I would've pictured some of the characters differently, like Isabel, Luke, and well I have mixed feelings about Magnus. Yes I sort of picked something else but at the same time I agreed with their choice. And Valentine had White Hair right? Yeah not in the movie. Other than that it was pretty fudging spot on! Oh and I still don't get why Jace, Isabel, Alec, and hodge among other characters had english accents!! * throws up hands* nowhere in the book did they have English freaking accents! Yeesh! So yeah. To sum it all up, it was sexy, awesome, thrilling, and at some points downright creepy! Well like the demons were like super creepy.

Yup I give it a 5 star!

Wednsday updates!

Hey dudes!!! Yeesh summer is almost over and that means back to college for me! :( it will also mean less reading too. Grrr! The good news is Jennifer l. Armentrout's new book in the lux series (which I love, as you know) will be out on the 27th!! Can't wait! So basically at the moment I am re-reading ALL of her books.

I also was VERY happy to recieve another ARC from the magnificent Lila Felix who is also posted in my blog. I will be posting a review and I have also signed up for her blog tour. So Sept. 4,5,6 were the three dates that I picked! Sooo excited!

I will also be watching City of bones either today or sometime next week. I will post what I thought about the movie and my opinion about it! :D so keep an eye out for that.

Now, I know I haven't posted things in a long while! And before you think or say anything negative, it's because I don't have a computer right now! Everything is being sent from my phone. So virtually it's hard to update blog posts all the time. Of course I'm always on here so if you have any suggestions on books to read, comment and I'll post a review. (Yes I will review your book for free)

CIAJ ~ Caught In A Jam

            Did I like this book? Nope. Did I love this book? Not even close!! You wanna know why? Because I freaking MORE than loved this book!!!!!!! There are no words to describe how much this book is loved by me!!!
             Lila Felix is my most favorite author ever! Why?! Well, isn't it kind of obvious? She writes the wittiest and lovliest books. She comes up with words like fantastical (which I think is creative and boss in its own self) and she puts so much love and emotion into her characters! I have read every single one of her books and this one has to top the cake! Now you guys can see that I'm not very consistant on my blog, mainly because my computers down and I have to use my phone for updates. But in this case, Lila needed this. I needed to write about it!

              As you guys also know, I don't particularly like putting in a sunopsis with my reviews. But I will give you guys somehing to munch on. Nixon (which is a totally hot name) has lost a lot of things. And he's also gotten a lot too. And one of those previous things is his daughter. And it's all from a one night stand. The mother of his daughter didn't want her and left. And all he can think about is his Journey...

               Okay so that may have sounded lame ass, but you'll have to read it if you wanna call it that. So buy it. Love it. Cuz I did! :)

Monday Mocha Madness!

Hey everyone! Ugh! Finals are coming up and homework is building up, trying it's hardest to spite me. Well it's not working! Sunday's Sundae!

Okay! So I'm reading another book/series by the wonderful Lila Felix! Its the love and skate series!! I've been meaning to read this for a while and decided to take a bite! Boy was I right about it! It's better than mocha chocolate ice cream with extra whipped cream and triple the cherries! Man! Owen is soooo swoony! He's everything i can ever want in a book boyfriend! *clears throat* and maybe a real one too! Besides the point, not only is he adorable, but he's falling in love with Nellie! They are soo cute together! Gosh, i have to say that books are my sundae's hence the title Sunday's sundae's! *wiggles eyebrows or attempts to at least* get it! Ahh yeh awwkward.... Finished re-reading Onyx!

I finally finished re-reading Onyx! I loved it all over again!!! Obsidian was last night's read and Onyx was today's! Let me just say...Daemon is sooo yummy! I just want him to pop out of the book so i can fall in love with him! He is totally H.O.T ( if ya catch my drift) . So basically, the lux series is a hate then love you series. It starts with Obsidian, then it's onyx, and then opal! The next one doesn't release for another two and a half month!!! Boo! Aww well! This is what it's about..

Obsidian: Katy moves in to this small town in West Virgina (I think) and she asks directions from her new neighbor. Little does she know that hottie Daemon (who comes out SHIRTLESS!) is a alien! Now they're not little green things with antanaes and buggy black eyes. Nooe both Daemon and his sister Dee are both human looking aliens. So as the story goes along, Katy starts school and starts to fall in love with that pesky but total cutie of a neighbor!

Onyx: in this book we start to see a little more kissing action! Plus our fellow blogging/book lover Katy finally admits that she actually loves Daemon! Twists and turns make everything complicated, but there are definately lots of favorite pages that I have bookmarked! Daemon is even more protective and yummilicious! This one was definately swoon worthy!

Opal: you're gonna have to read this one and find out! This one is roght before origin and it's too good for me to even type out!

Hey! My name is Paige Vixen!! This is my very first blog and I actually really like it! Well I want to start off on where I got the urge to make one of these. The idea popped in my head when I read Obsidian by Jennifer L. Armentrout! I really love books just as much as Katy (the main character) if not more so and I love reviewing books (and my family aren't the best listeners to book talk) so I thought what a great idea! I made an account and now I want to do pretty much what Katy does!
